This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Applicant No.1 is the President, Applicant No.2 is the Vice-President and applicant No.3 is the Secretary of the Society.

As per the allegation, the crime is registered on the basis of report lodged by the administrative officer. The applicants are the office bearers of the said financial institution. Considering the involvement of the present applicants in the economic offence and the magnitude of the amount involved in the said economic offence, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after one week.
