Learned APP, on instructions, states that he has attended the police station and has cooperated with the investigation. She further makes a statement, on instructions, that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the Applicant in this case. The statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement, since there is no apprehension of arrest, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application for anticipatory bail.
