Present application is for pre-arrest bail, in connection with Crime No. 150/2024 registered with Police Station Shegaon city, Tq. and District Buldhana for the offence punishable under Sections 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, and from the recitals of the FIR, it reveals that the applicants are the son and daughter-in-law of the deceased, and the deceased has committed suicide, as she was not permitted to stay in the house and she was driven out of the house.

Considering the allegations against the present applicants, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of adinterim protection. 4.

Issue notice to non-applicant, returnable after one week.
