In all these applications, the investor - Avinash Vinayakrao Jambhorkar and others have filed an intervention application.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicants that they all are the Investors, their amount invested is involved in the matter, and therefore, they are having locus to oppose the said application.

Learned Counsel for the applicants strongly opposed the said application.

Considering all the Intervenors are the Investors and they have locus to intervene in the application.

In view of that, the application is allowed.
