Mr. Chaitanya Bagul, learned Amicus Curiae appointed to represent the interest of the Applicant has raised several contentions and submitted that the Applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

However, learned APP states that the Applicant is absconding.

Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances, the Applicant is directed to attend the Warje-Malwadi Police Station, Pune on 13th October 2025 and 14th October 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.
