Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Mr. Sahoo, the learned counsel submits that an Interim Application has been filed on behalf of the first informant for intervention. The Interim Application No. 1288 of 2024 is not on board. Taken on board.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to impelad the first informant as a party respondent to this application.

In view of aforesaid statement, the Interim Application No. 1288 of 2024 stands allowed.
