Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Ms. Shahane, the learned counsel submits that she has instructions to appear on behalf of the first informant and undertakes to file application for intervention. 3.
The learned counsel for the applicants submits that by an order in ABA No. 391 of 2024 dated 27th February, 2024 this Court has granted ad-interim relief to Jitendra Harilal Parikh, a coaccused. 4.
The applicants in serial Nos. 907 to 910 are the members of the managing committee and similarly circumstanced like the applicant in ABA No. 391 of 2024.

The learned counsel submits that the applicant in serial No. 906 was working as a consultant for the first informant. This position is contested by the learned APP and the counsel for the first informant.

While granting ad-interim relief to Jitendra Parikh, this Court had ascribed reasons. In the circumstances, it may be expedient to grant interim protection to the applicants as well and hear all the applications together.

The applicants amend the respective application so as to implead the first informant as party-respondent to the application. ...2

Leave granted.

Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 10.
Issue notice to the respondents.

Learned APP waives notice to respondent No. 1. 12.
Ms. Shahane, waives notice to respondent No. 2. 13.
The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 is at liberty to file affidavit in reply within a period of two weeks. 14.
In the event of arrest in C.R. No.866 of 2023 registered with Vileparle police station, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing a P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, each.

The applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and attend Vileparle police station, on 11th, 12th and 13th March, 2024 between 10 am to 1 pm and, thereafter, as and when directed. 16.
The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and give threat or inducement to first informant, any of the prosecution witnesses or any person acquainted with the facts of the case.

Stand over to 2nd April, 2024.
