The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No. 6 of 2024 registered at MIDC Kupwad Police Station, Sangli under sections 420, 452, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr. Nikam, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Dabholkar, learned APP for the State. 3.

The F.I.R. is lodged by one Dhananjay Kundale. The FIR mentions that between 10th November 2023 to 12th November 2023, the accused Gabrial @ Ganesh, Shrikant, the present applicant, one Sonali and Satish in collusion with each other prepared a forged notarised document for taking illegal possession of the informant's property. They had broken open the lock and had taken some articles in that property. On these allegations, the FIR is lodged.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter is settled by the first informant with all the other coaccused namely Ganesh, Shrikant, Sonali and Satish. They are already granted Anticipatory Bail by the Sessions Court. The allegations against the co-accused and the present applicant are the same as mentioned in the FIR.

Considering these submissions, the applicant can be protected till the next date.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 6 of 2024 registered with MIDC Kupwad Police Station, Sangli, till the next date, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii) This order shall operate till 10th April 2024. iii) Stand over to 10th April, 2024.
