The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.6/2024 registered at MIDC police station, Sangli. Vide order dated 1.3.2024, the Applicant was protected by way of ad-interim order. Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the Applicant has attended the police station whenever called and has cooperated with the investigation. He makes further statement, on instructions, that the Applicant's custody in this subject matter is not required and it would be sufficient if in future also he is PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE directed to attend the concerned police station as and when PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date: 2024.09.23 13:16:31 +0530 Deshmane(PS)

In view of these statements, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application because there is no apprehension of arrest. The Application is disposed of as not pressed. It is needless to add that the Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
