Learned APP waives service of notice for the State and seeks time to file reply.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the recitals of the FIR and other other documents. On perusal of the FIR it is alleged that the present applicant and the victim were in acquaintance with each other and there was physical relationship between them. But considering the allegation that the present applicant has obtained the obscene video of the sexual assault on the victim as well as threatened her that he would make it viral and also assaulted and subjected her for sexual assault. At this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.
