This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. 345/2024 registered with Police Station Risod, District Washim for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 351(3), 352 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, perused the recitals of the FIR, from which it reveals that there is a specific allegation against the present applicant, that she has given a blow by sickle on the neck and left wrist of the injured. Considering the specific allegation against the present applicant, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of notice on behalf of non-applicant/State and seeks time to file reply.
