The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.68/2024 registered at Vakola police station, Mumbai. The Applicant was protected by way of adinterim order dated 8.3.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant, pursuant to the earlier order, has tendered additional affidavit, though it is tendered beyond the period of two weeks as directed. He makes further statement, on instructions, that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the Applicant in the present subject matter. The statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement, since there is no apprehension of arrest in this case for investigation, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as not pressed.
