Apprehending the arrest at the hands of police in connection with Crime No.356 of 2024 registered with Police Station Dahihanda, Akot, for the offences punishable under Section 74, 75, 78, 115(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant approached to this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant for some extent. 3.

Perused the recitals of the FIR, from which, it reveals that when the victim was sleeping in her house along with her family members, at the relevant time the present applicant entered in her house and outraged her modesty in presence of her husband.

Considering this specific allegation against the present applicant, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail.

The learned APP waives notice for the State and seeks time to file reply.
