Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the recitals of the FIR. The applicant has not made any statement in his application regarding his criminal antecedents. 3.

Learned APP Mr. Phasate shown the crime chart which shows that approximately 15 offences are registered against the present applicant which are in the similar nature. Considering the same, at this stage, no case is made out for grant of ad-interim protection.

Learned APP waives service of notice for the State.
