In this application, on 11.03.2024, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J) granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, while issuing notice to respondent No.2.

Subsequently, Advocate Sushan Nirmal Mhatre was appointed by the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court, by an order dated 21.10.2024, to appear on behalf of respondent No.2.

Today when the application is called out for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent No.1-State are present and ready for arguments. But, the aforesaid advocate appointed to appear on behalf of respondent No.2, is not present.

Hence, list on 15.01.2025, High on Board.
