Today a common order is passed in both these applications.

Learned counsel for both the sides along with learned counsel appearing for the informant make a joint statement that both the parties are willing to explore possibility of settlement through mediation.

Considering the stand taken by both the sides and since this is a private dispute between the parties, one chance can be given to the parties to explore possibility of settlement through mediation. Till the mediation process is going on, the Applicants can be protected.

Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) The parties shall approach the Mediation Centre of this Court on 15/04/2024 at 11.00 a.m.

(ii) The Officer-In-Charge of the Mediation Centre shall appoint a suitable Mediator from their panel to explore possibility of settlement through mediation.

(iii) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R. No.250/2023, dated 11/10/2023, registered with Gangapur Police Station, Nashik City, till the next date, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) each, with one or two sureties each, in the like amount.

(iv) In the meantime the Applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(v) This order shall operate till 19/06/2024.

(vi) Stand over to 19/06/2024.
