Learned Counsel for the Intervener/complainant submits that the applicant in ABA No.729 of 2024 has made certain statements before the MHADA to the effect that he is 100% owner of the subject premises. Learned Counsel seeks time to place the record and proceedings before the MHADA on an affidavit.

Let the additional affidavit along with the record and proceedings be placed within a period of two weeks.
