DATE : 18th MARCH, 2025 P.C. :- By an order dated 22nd March, 2024, the co-ordinate Bench of this Court (Coram : Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) interim protection was granted to the applicant. The statement of the applicants through their advocate were recorded in paragraph no.4 that without prejudice of their rights and contentions,the applicants are willing to deposit the amount of Rs.32,25,000/- which is subject matter of the FIR, within a reasonable time in phases.

Today, it is submitted before me that on 11th March, 2024, a sum
KVM 2/2 926 - ABA 765 OF 2024.doc of Rs.2 lacs was deposited before the Trial Court and on 16th July, 2024, a further sum of Rs.15 lacs was deposited before the Trial Court. Therefore, totally a sum of Rs.17 lacs has been deposited. 3.
It appears that thereafter the matter appeared on 25th July, 2024 when the advocate appearing for the applicants sought time to take instructions as to whether the applicants were in a position to deposit the balance amount.

Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the applicants have deposited a sum of Rs.17 lacs being their share of the amount to be paid to the first informant. However, since the order records of sum of Rs.32,25,000/- to be payable, he will take instructions from his clients - the applicants whether they are ready to deposit the balance amount of Rs.15,25,000/- or else he will make necessary statement to that effect if the amount is not paid. 5.
Stand over to 25th March, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

It is made clear that no adjournment will be granted on that day on any count.
