Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions of the Applicant, who is present in the Court, states that as recorded in the order dated 20th March, 2024, the Applicant is desirous of settling the matter with the informant.

Considering the statement, it is necessary that the informant is added as a Respondent in this case. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

I) Learned counsel for the Applicant shall add the informant as the Respondent No.2.
