It is stated before this Court that on 26th November 2024, this Court had actually directed these applications to be listed on 17th December 2024, but it appears that the date 7th December 2024 was recorded.

It is also noted that earlier, 7th December 2024 was directed to be a working Saturday, but subsequently, working Saturday was shifted to 14th December 2024. Therefore, in any case, these applications could not be listed on 7th December 2024. 3.
In view of the above, list these applications on 17th December 2024, to be included in the supplementary list. 4.
