On the last occasion, the parties were referred for mediation. Learned mediator's report is received by the Court and it is mentioned that the parties have entered into the consent terms. The copy of the mediation report and the consent terms signed by both the parties are taken on record and marked "X" collectively for identification.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 invited my attention to the clause (g) that the Anticipatory Bail Application be kept pending till the consent terms are complied with. 3.

Considering that the parties have entered into the consent terms, the ad-interim relief can be extended. Hence, the following order :- BGP.
