In this application, on 22.03.2024, this Court (Coram : Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) granted interim relief in favour of the applicant, subject to specific conditions, including a condition to appear before the concerned police station on specific dates.

Mr. Holambe-Patil, learned APP, on instructions, submits that the applicant did appear before the investigating officer. But, she has not cooperated with the investigation in the sense that she has not given explanation in respect of specific amounts credited to her bank account, which according to the investigating authority, is tainted money. 3.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the applicant submits that since he is not aware about the details of such transfers, this Court may issue further directions to the applicant to co-operate with the investigation. It is submitted that the applicant has always been ready to co-operate with the investigation.

In view of the above, the applicant is directed to further appear before the investigating officer on 07.12.2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 1/2
