The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No. 129 of 2024, registered Pimpri Police Station, on 16/02/2024 under sections 377, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Both the learned counsel for the Applicants as well as for Respondent No. 2-First Informant make a joint statement that they are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. Considering this statement, the matter can be referred for mediation with ad-interim relief to the Applicant till the next date. Hence the following order.
ORDER
(i) The parties shall appear before the mediation centre of this Court on 03/04/2024 at 11.00 a.m.
(ii) Officer in charge of the mediation centre shall appoint suitable mediator from their panel to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation.
(iii) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R. No. 129 of 2024, registered at Pimpri Police Station, till the next date, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.
(iv) This order shall operate till 03/04/2024 (v) Stand over to 03/04/2024.
