This anticipatory bail application has been filed in FIR No.0129 dated 16th February, 2024 registered with Pimpri Police Station, Dist. Pimpri-Chinchwad under Sections 377, 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the
2/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The respondent no.2 has filed FIR against her husband, married brother-in-law, wife of the brother-in-law and her mother-in-law under the provisions of Sections 377, 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

It is the case of the respondent no.2/complainant that on 10th February, 2024 she was forced to leave her matrimonial home. She submits that the entire Streedhan is lying in her matrimonial home and the Streedhan is in custody of her in-laws. 4.
Mr.Dande, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that if the entire Streedhan is given back to the respondent no.2/complainant, they will give consent to grant interim protection to the applicant.

Mr.Rankhambe, learned counsel appearing for the applicant
3/4 submits that the applicant has already filed an affidavit wherein it has been mentioned that the entire Streedhan is with the respondent no.2. Only one gold ornament in the form of gold chain which was gifted by the father-in-law of the applicant no.1, during the marriage of the respondent no.2's brother is lying with him and he is ready to give back the same to the respondent no.2.

This Court has suggested the parties on the last occasion that, since this is a matrimonial dispute, they might discuss the issue to find out the mutually agreeable solution. However, both the learned counsel submit that all talks for settling this issue have failed uptill now. However, learned advocate Mr.Dande for the respondent no.2 and Mr.Rankhambe, learned advocate for the applicant submit that they will once again try to reach out for an amicable solution on the issue.

In view of the same, stand over to 26th February, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'Urgent Circulation'.
