This application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.111 of 2024 registered with Chikhali Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 381, 420, 408 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

A learned Single Judge by order dated 28th March 2024 has already granted interim protection. A learned Single Judge has recorded voluntary statement of the Applicant that the Applicant will deposit an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- in this Court. 4.

Mr. Arote, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- has been deposited. On instructions, he submits that within a period of six months, an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- will be deposited.

A learned Single Judge has already granted interim protection by order dated 28th March 2024. The charge-sheet is already filed.

Amount deposited in this Court pursuant to order dated 28th March 2024 be transferred to the concerned Sessions Court. 7.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in terms of order dated 28th March 2024.
