No.202/2024 registered at Andheir police station, Mumbai under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of IPC. She submits that a copy of the FIR will be provided to learned counsel for the Applicants, who seeks a reasonable time to make submissions with reference to the contents in the FIR. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions, makes a fair statement that till 17.4.2024, the Applicants shall not be arrested. The statement is recorded.
