The Applicant was protected by way of ad-interim relief vide the order dated 01.04.2024 on the basis of the statement which he had made before this Court. He had undertaken to deposit Rs.2,35,000/- within four weeks from 01.04.2024 and that the entire amount totalling to Rs.8,35,000/- would be deposited within three months from 01.04.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, through his genuine efforts he could raise the amount of Rs.2,35,000/-, but he could not deposit it within the stipulated Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

902-aba-843-24 period from 01.04.2024. However, now the Demand Draft is ready and he is willing to deposit that D.D. immediately in this Court. 3.

Considering this statement, following order is passed:

O R D E R

1. The applicant is permitted to deposit Rs.2,35,000/- in this Court within a period of one week from today.

2. If such amount is deposited, it shall be invested in a fixed deposit, in accordance with the rules.

3. The applicant is permitted to deposit balance amount within three months from 01.04.2024 as mentioned in the order dated 01.04.2024.

4. Stand over to 01/07/2024.

5. Ad-interim relief granted vide the order dated 01.04.2024 is extended up to 01.07.2024.
