This is the second time when the Applicant has approached this Court for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.750/2023, registered with Bhigwan Police Station, Pune Rural. 2.

The earlier application was rejected by co-ordinate bench of this Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.) vide the order dated 14/12/2023 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3464 of 2023. Therefore, this matter will have to be placed before the same learned Judge.
