Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant has been selected in Grade-D category employment. He has been called upon to join the place of his appointment at Nagpur. It is submitted that the Court may grant time for filing reply, however, the condition with regard to the attendance of the police station may be modified or relaxed. 2.

In view of the above, the condition for regular attendance of the police station is modified as under: (i) The applicant shall attend the police station once in a week on Sunday between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. 3.

Stand over after two weeks.

The ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till next date.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO. 82 OF 2025 5.

Heard.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application to assist the prosecution is allowed as prayed for. 7.
