1. Heard Mr. Sharma, learned Advocate for Applicant; Mr.Vivan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - State.
2. On the last occasion i.e. 10.01.2025, arguments of the parties were concluded.
3. Today, both the parties have filed their respective written submissions and exchange the same amongst themselves.
4. List Anticipatory Bail Application and Interim Application on Board on 05th February 2025 at 02:30 p.m. To be placed under the caption 'For Orders'.
5. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue.
