Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to convert the present criminal appeal into a regular application for pre-arrest bail considering that the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are invoked.

The criminal appeal is allowed to be converted into the application for pre-arrest bail.

Amendments to be carried out within a period of one week from today.
