Ms. Kaushik, learned APP seeks time to file an Affidavit-in-Reply. 2.
Mr. Aradhye, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that there are total 4 Accused including the present Applicant. He states that in the actual incident, the role attributed to all the Accused is the same. He states that all other co-Accused have been granted regular bail by the learned Sessions Court.

Thus till next date, the Applicant - Santosh B. Chavan shall not be arrested in connection with C.R. No.827 of 2023, registered with Pandharpur Police Station, District-Solapur.

The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to Dusane Page No. 1/2
507 ABA 936.24.doc the Court or to any Police personnel. The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any prosecution witness in any manner. 5.
The Applicant to attend the Police Station as and when called. 6.
