Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Intervener undertakes to serve copy of the IA on the Applicant during the course of the day. Learned Counsel for the Intervener further submits that there is additional material which bears upon the adjudication of the prayer for anticipatory bail and the intervener may be permitted to place the same on record.

The Intervener shall file an additional affidavit within two weeks and serve copy on the applicant.

Stand over to 24 June 2024.

Interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
