None appeared on behalf of the applicants when the matter was called out on 25 June 2024 and 21 February. 2025. So also, today, when the matter was called out, none appears for the applicants. 2.

Learned APP submits that as per the order dated 10 April 2024, passed by this Court, the applicants were directed to attend the concern police station on 23 April 2024 to 25 April 2024. She submits that however, the applicants did not attend the concern police station and according to the information given to her, the applicants were thereafter arrested by the police on 8 June 2024 in C.R. No. 529 of 2024 registered with Bandra Police Station.

Since none appears for the applicants though the matter has been called out, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed for wants of prosecution.
