Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

It appears that on 16th April, 2024, a statement was V.A. Tikam

2-ABA-978-2024.doc made by the learned APP that till the next date, the applicant shall not be arrested. However, on subsequent date, the matter could not be reached and the statement could not be continued for further period.

3.

Learned APP makes a statement that police will not arrest the Applicant till next date of hearing, if he will co-operate in the investigation. The statement is recorded and accepted. 4.

In this scenario, the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 16th May, 2024, 23rd May, 2024 and 30th May, 2024 between 10 am to 12 noon and cooperate in the investigation.

Stand over to 13th June, 2024.
