Today, it is submitted that in fact, there is no interim protection. 3.

Earlier, this Court has rejected the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1560 of 2023 on 5th June 2023. This fresh ABA is filed on account Satish Sangar 1/2

P-3-ABA-1022-2024.doc of 'change in circumstance'.

The Applicant contends that he has paid majority of the amount to the investors. This needs to be verified from the Police. So, let learned APP to take instructions on this aspect. Let him take instructions till next date.
