Learned Advocate Shri Shetty submitted that even his client is ready to furnish similar undertaking in respect of two office premises which are jointly owned alongwith arrested accused-Shakir. Even the Applicant is ready to give an undertaking in respect of his residential premises at Ulhas Nagar. So let that undertaking be furnished within four weeks from today.
