It is true that earlier Anticipatory Bail Application of this Applicant was rejected. On fresh ground, this Application is filed. 3.

As per the Order dated 2nd May 2024, Applicant was directed to tender fresh undertaking within four weeks. That undertaking is filed. Today, the Investing Officer is not present.

O R D E R

(i) In case of arrest in connection with C.R. No. I-494 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 465, 468, 471, 201 r/w. 34 of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of MPID Act registered with Central Police Station, Thane City, the Applicant Prabhakar Manjunath Bhandari be released on bail on furnishing personal bond and surety bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only).

(ii) It is further directed that the Applicant to give attendance to Central Police Station, Thane City on 20th June 2024 and on 27th June 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. 5.
