Learned APP invited my attention to the averment in para nos. 4 and 5 of the affidavit dated 21/05/2024. So far as property described in para no. 4 already verification is done. So far as property described in para no. 5, there is valuation report given by the valuer Ranade and Associates, Thane. The Police wants to verify whether actually Ratnakar Bhandary has relinquished the share or not, they want to verify from the society record.

Learned APP insisted for issuing direction to the Applicant to produce the release deed and other original documents of that flat. Let necessary verification be done by the Police. This prayer can be considered on the next date.
