Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Intervener submits that the Interim Application No.4710 of 2023 has been filed in ABA NO.3447 of 2023 today. 3.

Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that the presence of the Applicants before the Investigating Officer is necessary for further investigation.

Let the applicants appear before the Investigating Officer on 25th and 26th July 2024 between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., and furnish the documents on which the signatures of the applicants are not disputed, if called upon to do so. 5.

Stand over to 7 August 2024.
