Anticipatory Bail Application No.1036 of 2024 is not on board. However, it arises out of the same subject matter as Anticipatory Bail Application No.1019 of 2024, which is on today's board. With the consent of both the parties, both these applications are heard together.

The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.118/2024, dated 22/02/2024, registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur City, under sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Heard Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicant, Mr. Subodh Desai, learned counsel for Intervenor and Ms. Mahalakshmi Ganapathy, learned APP for the State.

The informant is the cousin of the Applicant Manjusha. The Applicant Ishwar is Manjusha's husband. Thus, the informant and the Applicants are closely related. The Applicant Ishwar is 76 years of age and the Applicant Manjusha is 70 years of age. The first informant has filed Intervention Application No.1579 of 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1019/2024.

Considering this background, both learned counsel for the Applicants as well as learned counsel for the informant are making a joint statement that both the parties are willing to explore a possibility of settlement through mediation. 6.
Considering this joint request, the parties can be referred for mediation and till the next date, the Applicant can be protected by way of ad-interim relief.

Hence, the following order :

(i) The informant as well as the Applicants either personally or through their representative shall remain present at the mediation centre of this Court on 30/04/2024 at 11.00 a.m.
(ii) The officer-in-charge of the mediation centre shall appoint a suitable Mediator from their panel to make an attempt to bring about the settlement between the parties through mediation. (iii) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.118/2024, dated 22/02/2024, registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur City, till the next date, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) each, with one or two sureties each, in the like amount.
(iv) This order shall operate till 14/06/2024.
(v) Stand over to 14/06/2024.
