In these two applications i.e. Bail Application No.1195 of 2024 and Bail Application No.1047 of 2024, both arising from the same FIR, interim orders were passed in favour of the applicants on 30.04.2024 and 18.04.2024 respectively by this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J). Thereafter, the interim order was continued from time to time and the applications were supposed to be listed on 10.10.2024. 3.

But, the applications could not be listed perhaps because Hon'ble Justice Sarang V. Kotwal is now heading a Division Bench. 4.

In that light, list both the applications on 19.11.2024, High on Board. 5.

The interim order shall continue to operate till then. 6.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
