The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). the said prayer clause reads as under :- "(a) This Hon'ble court be pleased to allow the present Intervention Application and the Intervener be added as Party Respondent No.2 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1053 of 2024.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
