In both these matters, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that till 14.06.2024 the applicants shall not be arrested. The applicants be directed to attend the concerned police station as and when called. The statement is recorded.

From the above order it is clear that no ad-interim order was passed by this Court. The statement was made by the learned APP. Therefore, after change of roster, these two applications will not lie before this Court considering the office notice dated 08.02.2024.
