A learned Single Judge by order dated 22nd April 2024 has granted interim protection to the Applicant. The said order dated 22nd April 2024 reads as under:
"1. The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.78/2023, dated 21/03/2023, registered with Yeola City Police Station, Nashik Rural, under sections 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. Heard Mr. Balasaheb Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Pallavi N. Dabholkar, learned APP for the State.
3. The gist of the FIR is that the Board of the Dhanalaxmi Mahila Nagari Sahakari Patsanstha, Yeola sanctioned a loan of Rs.2,60,00,000/- to one of the accused Bharat Dhumal. This loan was sanctioned in violation of the rules and regulations. Bharat repaid that loan in cash. It was used to pay the amount to the other depositors whose names are mentioned in the FIR. According to the informant, the accused have committed the offence punishable u/s 406, 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The present Applicant was the Manager of the said Sanstha.
4. Today, the learned APP has no instructions as the Investigating Officer is not present. She seeks adjournment. Therefore, I have considered the prayer for ad-interim relief.
5. Learned counsel for the Applicant relied on the orders dated 27/03/2024 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.622 of 2024 and Anticipatory Bail Application No.631 of 2024. By those two orders, the accused who were members of the Board of that Sanstha and the borrower Bharat Dhumal were granted ad-interim relief. The present Applicant being the Manager cannot be said to have played a major role in the offence. He therefore submitted that this application be placed on the same date, when the other two applications are slated to be listed.
6. Considering this request, the Applicant can be protected till the next date and this application can be heard along with those two applications i.e. Anticipatory Bail Application No.622 of 2024 and Anticipatory Bail Application No.631 of 2024.
7. Hence, the following order :
O R D E R
(i) In the event of her arrest in connection with C.R.No.78/2023, dated 21/03/2023, registered with Yeola City Police Station, Nashik Rural, till the next date, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 25/04/2024 to 26/04/2024 between 01.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(iii) This order shall operate till 30/04/2024. (iv) Stand over to 30/04/2024."

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that there are total four accused, out of that, three accused have been granted Anticipatory Bail by this Court by order dated 3rd November 2025. He submits that entire loan amount has been repaid to Dhanlaxmi Mahila Nagarik Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit, Yeola, District-Nashik. He submits that the Applicant is not involved in the crime and there are no antecedents against the Applicant.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP strongly opposes the Anticipatory Bail Application. She submits that the offence is very serious therefore, the Anticipatory Bail Application be rejected. 4.
On instruction, Ms. Yadav, learned APP submits that the charge-sheet is ready and the same will be filed in the appropriate Court shortly.

Thus, the investigation is complete.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in terms of order dated 22nd April 2024 passed by a learned Single Judge.

The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any witness in any manner.
