The learned counsel for the applicant has filed the preceipe for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 22.1.2025 by which I have rejected the anticipatory bail application filed by the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, he was asking time to take instructions in respect of refund of amount and not for responding to the statement as recorded in the order. It is submitted that applicant is willing to refund the amount and has tendered undertaking to that effect on record. The undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
