In this application, on 22nd April 2024, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) granted leave to the applicant to amend the cause title and to add the first informant as respondent No.2. In paragraph 7, after considering the contentions raised on behalf of the applicant, it was specifically observed that it would be necessary to hear the first informant. Thereupon, interim relief was granted.

But, it appears that due to inadvertence, formal notice was not issued to respondent No.2. In that light, issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 10th December 2024 (High on Board).
