The Applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.29 of 2024 registered at Airport Police Station, Mumbai, on 17.02.2024, under Sections 341, 324, 364-A, 386, 387, 394, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. Pratik Kalantri, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Mali, learned APP for the State. Mr. Tiwati, learned counsel appears and states that he has instructions to appear for the first informant. He seeks time to file an intervention application. Learned counsel for the applicants invited my attention to the order dated 20.03.2024 passed in A.B.A.No.679 of 2024. Vide that order, the main accused Rahul Sawale was granted anticipatory bail. He submitted that, he is the main accused. The main allegations are directed against him. All the present applicants are supposed to be his associates, friends and employees. Therefore, he claimed parity.

Learned APP could not really dispute this submission at this stage. Therefore, though, I am adjourning the matter, the applicants can be protected by ad-interim relief. 5.

Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

i) In the event of their arrest in connection with C.R.No.29 of 2024 registered at Airport Police Station, Mumbai, till the next date, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing P. R. bonds in the sum of Rs.30,000/- each (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties each in the like amount.

ii) This order shall operate till 03/05/2024. iii) The Applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called and shall cooperate with the investigation.

iv) Stand over to 03/05/2024.
