In this application, by an order dated 22.04.2024, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) granted interim relief in favour of the applicants. The said interim order is continued from time to time and the application was supposed to be listed yesterday (17.10.2024). 3.

It is not included in the list perhaps because Hon'ble Justice Sarang V. Kotwal is now heading a Division Bench. 4.

In that light, list the application for further consideration on 28.11.2024, H.O.B. The interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till then.
