Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned APP make a joint statement that a matter arising out the same registered offence is pending before the Division Bench and it is posted in the month of June, 2024. Therefore, both of them submit that this matter can also be placed in June, 2024.

Learned APP states that till the next date before this Court, the Applicant shall not be arrested, however, the Applicant be directed to attend the concerned police station Deshmane(PS)

The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station on 27.4.2024, 28.4.2024 and 29.4.2024 between 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called. 4.
